A few days before their wedding in 2008, homeowners Wesley and Leona Lavina-Panutat moved into this multi-storey townhouse in Pasig. Although they already renovated the property before, they decided to improve the home again in 2014. According to the couple, they only originally planned to replace the floor tiles. However, they ended up repainting the walls, retiling the kitchen backsplash, and taking on other projects here and there.

The renovated townhouse is completed with modern furniture and colorful art, decor, and soft furnishings.
