An Interior Designer's 120sqm Penthouse with an Eclectic-Industrial Style

Interior designer Brill Flores-Sanchez gives us a tour of her renovated family home

Since an interior designer has enough experience and knowledge to create many different kinds of places, it's always exciting to see what he or she can do in his or her own home. With this in mind, we were especially interested to see interior designer Brill Flores-Sanchez's 120sqm penthouse in Caloocan City. 

Brill, the principal designer of DBS Design Concept, shares that she and her family has lived in this unit since 2001. In the span of 14 years, she has already renovated the ceiling to remove termites and repainted the walls six times. She also personalized the haven with an eclectic combination of French, mid-century modern, and industrial design elements.
