Type of Home: Two-Storey House

Style of Home: Modern Filipino

After living in a small rented townhouse, this young couple and their children moved into this two-storey house designed by architect Gelo Manosa, son of architect Francisco "Bobby" Manosa. Just like other Manosa-designed homes, the place has traditional bahay kubo details used in a surprisingly modern way.

Interior designer Vivian Gacad stepped in to furnish and decorate the family's new home. In line with the modern Filipino feel of the property, Vivian chose a mix of classic and contemporary pieces for the different rooms.
