Located south of Manila, the Enriquez weekend home is as spacious as it can get. The structure occupies 1,895sqm and it sits on a lot than spans 2,206sqm—talk about sprawling! Since the house was already built upon the family’s acquisition in March 2015, homeowner and interior designer Irene Enriquez only had to update the Mediterranean design to something more modern, and to make it warm and inviting as well.

Irene worked on the renovations from May to December, the same year they acquired the property, keeping in mind the importance of having free-flowing spaces, a non-cluttered look, and a bright and airy atmosphere. She incorporated all these with the huge windows, generous seating options, well-curated pieces, and open layouts for each of the important spaces of the house, much to the delight of the family.
