A Play of Patterns and Light Colors in a Cavite Home
A family finds peace and serenity in this space molded by the perfect blending of accents

When searching for a location for their new home, Me-Anne and Redz had one thing in mind: a quiet, serene area just outside the bustling city life of Metro Manila. It was in Kawit, Cavite that the couple found their ideal paradise—just a short drive from the city and near their family’s hometown. Of course, after the challenging but successful discovery of their dream location, they were faced with the next obstacle: building the house itself.
It was with the help of designer Grace Moslares of Magara Designs that the couple was able to complete their home. By injecting cool and calming colors, the house became the peaceful sanctuary the couple was hoping for. Furniture was kept simple and contemporary but Grace added a play of patterns to make it interesting and eye-catching. With features like custom-built furniture and stylish but simple décor, Grace was able to put together a home that suited the family completely. Now, the family has a place where they can escape and create wonderful memories together.
