An example of a modern house that looks pristine and spic-and-span is this family home in Balagtas, Bulacan! Since homeowner Isagani Alcantara has always wanted a contemporary space, he asked architect Ireneo P. Roque to build this 150sqm property on this 845sqm lot. He only requested for a modern style, a roof deck (instead of a traditional roof), and predominantly white elements
