A Modern Family Home in Balagtas, Bulacan
Architect Ireneo P. Roque builds a unique house with a neutral color palette and contemporary design elements
A minimalist property looks clean, sleek, and streamlined. It is special because of its open layout, glass and steel materials, and white furniture and accessories.
An example of a modern house that looks pristine and spic-and-span is this family home in Balagtas, Bulacan! Since homeowner Isagani Alcantara has always wanted a contemporary space, he asked architect Ireneo P. Roque to build this 150sqm property on this 845sqm lot. He only requested for a modern style, a roof deck (instead of a traditional roof), and predominantly white elements.
