In the video, Xian shares that the house was built in the early '80s, and he never really changed its structure since he moved in, apart from the ceiling. "Kung mapapansin niyo sa loob, [yung] mga lumang kahoy, hindi namin siya binakbak," he says. "Ang major lang na nabago dito sa bahay na ito was the high ceiling [in my living area]."Â
His living room is a bright, open space, and it's also his favorite area because "it's really cozy." The sloped ceiling with wooden accents made this space appear airy yet homey. "Dati parang isang palapag lang talaga siya," shares Xian. "But when we moved in, we [thought] na 'Taasan natin yung ceiling para mas spacious tignan yung lugar.'"
The actor also gave fans a peek of his newly-decorated attic, which is perfect for entertaining guests. "I wanted an area [where anyone can] chill [out]." He furnished this comfy spot with plush chairs and sofas from Taylor Living, along with an industrial-style center table. "I kind of like mixing the whole place up. Ayoko 'yung parang modern lang tayo [or] eclectic lang. Gusto ko 'yung halo-halo 'yung mga bagay, eh."
