Team Kramer Renovated Their Lanai and We Love How Inviting It Is
To maximize the available space, they added seating areas and even a koi pond!
A home goes through many transformations, especially when the homeowners’ needs change over time. At Team Kramer’s stunning home, the outdoor area got a makeover, a project that was completed in four months.

In an Instagram post, Doug Kramer shared photos of their home and the changes made to make the most of the space that used to be their kids’ playground.
“We decided to maximize the area, add mood lights, and even change up the lanai ceiling and go for a more modern look,” part of his post reads.

Per Doug’s Instagram post, the four-month project involved improving the lanai. In this part of the outdoor area, they added an al fresco dining set where they can enjoy quick snacks and even welcome guests.
Team Kramer loves having friends and family over so the more seating, the better. Another seating area completes this part of the garden.

According to Doug, they also added a new pergola and even a koi pond. “Such a great idea by @chekakramer! Now we have another new fave spot,” he shares on Instagram.
It’s no secret that Doug loves preparing food for loved ones so it’s not surprising that he also likes the new location of his BBQ grill.
Given these improvements, get-togethers will surely be more fun and memorable. As Doug mentioned, “so much more beautiful memories will be made here.”
