Take a Tour of Angel Locsin and Neil Arce’s Home
Bright spaces and cozy nooks

Angel Locsin and Neil Arce recently tied the knot in a simple but special ceremony attended by their closest family and friends, and with this new milestone also comes a new home.
In a new vlog entry on The Angel and Neil Channel on Youtube, Angel admits that the search for their own space wasn’t easy; they were considering staying in either of their condos, until Neil’s family offered them a house they can renovate.
“Paano naming siyang gagawin na bahay namin” was the question that the couple had to answer when they were faced with renovations, termite issues, electrical and water connections, but with Angel’s attention to detail, the space was transformed into a warm home.
Entrance and Foyer
The couple’s wooden front door was designed by artist and chef Claude Tayag. Featuring an interesting wave pattern almost reminiscent of a couple of fabrics being pinned from beneath, the door can only be bolted from the inside.
Upon entering, one is greeted by a simple foyer featuring a wooden table, which, as with many homes today, doubles as a sanitizing nook. A framed shot by famed director and cinematographer Neil Daza decorates the space.
Living Area
The foyer opens up to a spacious living area. A row of windows nearly touching the high ceiling allow natural light to come in at different angles throughout the day, and a couple of French doors beneath them afford the space an open vibe.
Hanging on the walls across each other are the works of artist Jeff Osian. A friend had recommended the pieces, saying that it reflected who Angel and Neil were as a couple.
“Ito talaga ineffortan ni Angel ‘yong design,” says Neil. While most of the old furniture were retained, Angel also added her personal touches with “budol finds” she bought online.
Den
As the family’s entertainment area, the den features several comfy couches in front of a TV and a gaming console. Probably the best thing about this space is that occupants have a background of greenery, as its glass windows offer a full view of the garden.
