Moving to a bigger space can be just as challenging as moving to a smaller one. When couple Rico and Kitty decided to move their small family to a townhouse, it was also about the same time as Kitty’s grandparents’ house was being emptied out to convert into a spa. After receiving advice that old furniture can still be reused and faced with the potential of antique collections ranging from tea sets and glassware to clocks and furniture, Kitty was able to transform beloved items from her grandparents’ collection and give them a new lease on life in her lovely new home.

Antique pieces share the space with modern implements. Meanwhile, some furniture pieces have been updated with a fresh coat of paint or new upholstery.
