LOOK: Kathryn Bernardo’s Dream Home is Coming to Life

The actress shared snapshots on Instagram and the house looks spacious!

There’s nothing like seeing your dream home come to life to kickstart the year, don’t you agree? Actress Kathryn Bernardo recently visited the site of her family’s dream home, giving her fans and followers a glimpse of the construction’s progress.

Based on her post, it seems the house will be spacious and will have at least two storeys. Kathryn has been very hands-on with the project as she regularly visits the site. In August 2021, she shared a few photos taken on site showing the home’s foundation.

According to a vlog Kathryn posted featuring the groundbreaking ceremony, it took them three years to plan the dream home before pushing through with the construction. In charge of bring the project to fruition is LINO Architecture, an architecture corporation that specializes in modern contemporary designs.

In the same video, architect Don Lino of LINO Architecture mentioned the location of the Bernardos’ abode. “When you look around here, it’s on a hill. The main idea for the house is we wanted to maximize the views and with that, we wanted the form of the house to actually show that certain action,” he explains.
