Kathryn Bernardo and Yassi Pressman are Building New Homes

As some people would say, if you have the money, invest in property. This is exactly what celebrities Kathryn Bernardo and Yassi Pressman are doing.
Kathryn Bernardo has always wanted to build a home for her mom and the rest of her family. The lot was bought in 2016, and the groundbreaking happened in March 2020, just before the pandemic lockdown.
In an interview with PEP.ph in September 2019, Kathryn shared that she has been working hard to save up for the house. “I’m taking my time. Hindi joke magpagawa ng bahay. Siyempre kung may gusto akong ibigay kay mama na dream house, ‘yong dream house na niya. So magtatrabaho pa ako and, hopefully, maka-start ‘yon soon kasi tatlong taon nang nand’on ‘yong lupa. Sabi na lang namin, someday, uunti-untiin natin iyan.”
In her August 3, 2021 post, the actress shared that construction is underway.
“Slowly getting there,” she said. “I can’t believe it’s finally happening!”
Yassi Pressman, on the other hand, gave a glimpse of the progress of her new home, which she had first posted about in 2020.
In a recent update on Instagram, one can already get a glimpse of what seems to be the entrance of the house.
