Looking back, the celebrities we’ve featured have one thing in common: they know how and when to invest their hard-earned money. Most of them purchased properties transformed into lovely homes—from multi-storey houses to dreamy condo units. Actress Julia Montes, who joined the colorful world of showbiz at a young age, is one of them.

In 2012, after painstakingly looking for the right one and visiting different houses, she found this property in Antipolo. “Ang dami kong tiningnan e—siguro, mga ten. May iba na okey na siya, pero mabigat sa bulsa. May iba na medyo alanganin, na kailangan magtibag. Ito, sakto,” she shares in an interview with YES! Magazine. Aside from meeting the family’s requirements, the house also came with a few pieces of furniture, making decorating easier for the new owners. Having her own dream home and moving in just in time for her birthday made this milestone sweeter and more memorable for Julia.
