In a vlog he posted on his Youtube channel in February 2020, the actor shared that the beach house was built as a place of relaxation. Since he grew up in Cebu, he was always around the beach. Choosing Batangas proved to be a no-brainer as it’s near Manila.
Top Realty, a multi-awarded real estate brokerage firm is in charge of selling the prized property and they even posted a video tour of the house on their official Youtube channel.

The house is located in Anilao, Batangas which is known as a diving and snorkeling destination. The total lot area is 900sqm while the floor area is 1,041sqm. It has its own beachfront, boat dock, and a boat is included in the sale since you can get to the house via boat ride.

The first floor of the house houses a gaming/entertainment area where there are gaming essentials the owners can enjoy. There’s a living/lounge area that’s adjacent the indoor/outdoor garden that also serves as a bird sanctuary.
The owners opted to have big sliding/accordion glass doors to let natural light in while allowing them to enjoy the view of the beach.
A few steps from the living area is the spacious dining area with a buffet area and central island. Notice the accent wall? It features capiz showcased beautifully and elements reminiscent of Cebu, the owners' hometown.

Enrique’s family purchased doors from the old Mandarin Oriental hotel to define the gourmet kitchen. Given all the appliances and essentials in the space, preparing meals won’t be a problem.
The house is built with spending time with family in mind. There’s a bar & grill area, an al fresco dining space, and a pool deck with a saltwater infinity pool. Saltwater is believed to be friendlier to the skin and hair.
Meanwhile, the third floor houses another family area and two master bedrooms with master bedrooms. The second master bedroom has access to the jacuzzi area and a wrap-around balcony.
If you have a big family or inviting friends over, the fourth floor can accommodate more people as it’s where the sleeping areas and en-suite bathrooms are found. There’s even a Honeymoon Suite with its own T&B.

A walkway from the fourth floor leads to a common area which then leads to the spacious roof deck. The roof deck with fire pit is perfect for family parties and nighttime bonding.
