A Modern Marvel: Viy Cortez and Cong TV Share Photos of Soon-to-Rise Future Home

YouTube vloggers and entrepreneurs Lincoln "Cong TV" Velasquez and his partner Viy Cortez are working double-time in securing their firstborn Zeus Emmanuel or Kidlat's future.

Their son, who just turned one month, will be growing up in a very comfortable and spacious home, as shared by Viy on her Facebook page.

In the recent vlog uploaded by Viy on her YouTube channel, she and Cong TV talked about how parenting changed them.

Viy said they became more responsible as individuals and as partners. "Dati, pwedeng pa-easy-easy, ngayon, mas gusto mo concrete yung plan mo. Yung direksyon mo sa buhay, gusto mo mas tama na kasi may aasa na sayo. Dapat pang-long term na lahat ng ginagawa mo ngayon."

Aside from their earnings from being two of the most popular YouTube creators in the Philippines, the two are managing several businesses - a milk tea franchise, a skincare line, and a clothing line, among others.

Write down what are the important details that you want to have in your home, such as location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. This will help both you and your broker in finding the ideal home for you.

3. Be emotionally and mentally ready

It's not every day that you get to buy a property, that's why you should be prepared for the emotional process that will bring out the best and worst in you. This is where a real estate broker becomes essential - in helping you make good objective decisions.
