If there’s one thing we know for sure about the Megastar, it’s that she values a functional, beautiful home. Similar to the look and feel of their home in Mandaluyong, the condo unit in Makati also highlights elegant furniture pieces, a classic appeal, and personalized rooms for her kids. In 2016, Sharon shared snapshots of the unit on Instagram, giving her followers a peek into the high-rise haven while the decorating process was still on-going:

Living Area

The living area features a patterned area rug, a round storage ottoman used as center table, and upholstered chairs with cabriole legs. Touches of green, blue, and muted colors keep the vibe chic and welcoming.

Living Area

The other side of the living area shows a pair of stately upholstered chairs with light green pillows as accents to tie the look together. A few steps from the living area is the dining area with a vintage, Victorian aesthetic. Perhaps to define one area from the next, recessed ceilings were incorporated into the final look.

Console tables with ornate details and slim legs are also found in strategic spots all over the unit, holding décor, plants, and framed pieces.

Master Bedroom

A sleek and simple four-poster bed serves as focal point in the room, with matching side tables, lamps, and a rug completing the look. You’d be happy to know that the condo unit is pet-friendly too—Daisy, Sharon’s adorable dog, has her own spot in the master bedroom.

Master Bathroom

The private space is nothing short of luxurious—with a bathtub, an enclosed shower area, and his-and-hers sinks. It also highlights marble and wooden finishes for an extra sophisticated look.

To enable the owners to breeze through routines, the master bathroom highlights a huge floor area, with enough room so Sharon and Kiko can move around freely. Slim windows can be seen in the private space, letting in natural light and giving the owners a view of the city even while going about their business.

Frankie's Bedroom

The Mega daughter’s room is chic and unique, with a loft bed and built-in work desk/shelves underneath. Given this multipurpose piece, Frankie has the freedom to spruce up the space with extra chairs or even a couch for movie marathons.

Miguel's Bedroom

A Star Wars fan, Miguel has a unique Millenium Falcon-inspired bed that even those who are young-at-heart will adore. The other side of the room has a bunk bed perfect for sleepovers.

Guest Room

If you’re moving into a new home, remember that you don’t always need to purchase new items. It’s best to check the ones you have and see if there are pieces that can be refurbished and used in another area. Take your cue from the Megastar—instead of disposing the old beds of her daughters, she opted to spruce it up to be used by guests. Both pieces are still in good condition, with a distinct country appeal.

Balcony

With an outdoor nook as spacious as this, the owners can host get-togethers with ease. In fact, their holiday spread was set up in the balcony, allowing guests to admire the view from the top while enjoying a feast.

Fast forward to 2017, the condo looks homey and more colorful. To celebrate the holiday season, the Cunetas hosted a delightful feast.

In two short clips posted on Instagram, Sharon gave a peek into the current look of the condo—with the chairs and ottomans sporting furniture covers to avoid stains and damages.
