Group the kitchen appliances you use for breakfast together.

These include the coffee maker and the toaster. Apart from grouping them together, you may also consider placing it on the buffet table near your dining area for convenience.

Use a pretty shelf or armoire.

Assign a lovely almario (pillow rack), armoire, or china cabinet for your nicer, newer kitchen appliances. This is also a good way to help you find specific appliances faster.

Create an appliance garage.

If you lack space in your kitchen, hide all your bulky appliances in a cabinet in another room or in the enclosed storage under a buffet table. Keeping them together is the key to organization and order. Stash adapters, extension cords, and transformers with them too. You can ask a carpenter to build simple shelves to organize them.

Group items according to use.

If you have no choice but to keep your appliances on the kitchen counter, group them according to use: baking, food prep, and serving. Daily-use items like your toaster and microwave oven should be kept together. Keep them close to where you will actually use them and ideally where there are electric sockets.

Shelve according to use.

Group appliances according to what you use regularly and what you seldom use. Place the oft-used ones in the lower shelves or drawers of your kitchen. The ones you use occasionally can be stashed on higher shelves and the ones not used at all should be given away or donated.

Keep the manuals.

Keep the instruction manual, warranty papers, and cards in a clear book or accordion folder. Label the spare parts and keep them in re-sealable bags. Store these in a drawer or plastic bin for easy access in case your appliance needs to be repaired.

Keep your countertop organized.

Don’t let the kitchen appliances eat up valuable countertop space. Always keep your countertops clean, functional, and neat.
