Jumpstart Your Day: 5 Must-See Condo Homes
Take a peek inside these one-of-a-kind spaces and be inspired to update your own home
A condo home offers different possibilities to the homeowner – top-of-the-line amenities, accessibility, and comfort, to name a few. However, these units are turned over bare and empty. The challenge for the owner would be how to personalize and decorate it into a home.
If you’ve recently moved into your new space, here are five condo homes that will surely motivate you to add unexpected touches and lovely details.
Owned by a lawyer who wanted a personal space that’s mainly neutral with an Asian-Modern touch, this unit underwent a major change.
Architect John Yuyucheng transformed the unit by making the following changes: he kept the walls and kitchen; the ceiling was dropped to create an intimate atmosphere; and neutral furnishings and fixtures were added.
With the help of interior designer Frenjick Quesada, the owner achieved the look that she wanted for her space. While she wanted to go severe industrial, Frenjick toned down the space a bit. Quirky and original pieces were added to the space and unique look was achieved in six months.
We all want a home that’s a reflection of the things we love. In this apartment designed by interior designer Van Acuna-Solana, the owners love for the city of Paris is very much evident. It highlights Parisian elements – the wall is adorned with mirrors that give it a French-window look and the dining area reminiscent of a café.
This used to be a three-bedroom unit but interior designer Van Acuna Solana successfully converted it into a four-bedroom home. With an English garden as inspiration, the designer played with shades of green, brown, and bright colors.
Stepping into this 49sqm unit feels like coming home to a beachside cottage. The lovely sea-inspired space showcases blue walls, rustic furniture, and coastal accessories.
