More homeowners are deciding to live and start a family outside Metro Manila. And why not? There are lush surroundings, fresh air, and there are commercial establishments setting up shop there, too!

If you are thinking of building your dream home outside the metro, here are four lovely spaces that you may want to check out for design ideas:

This home is beyond charming with its country-inspired details and sweet touches. The blue-and-white stripes on the wall create a country feel—working well with the Shabby chic furniture and accessories.

The facade alone evokes a homey and inviting feel. Designed by architect Ireneo Roque, this home showcases a modern style with predominantly white elements. It also has a cool neutral scheme.

This cozy home showcases a bright yellow facade that stands out. It is surrounded by plants and blooms that add a relaxing feel to the space. What makes it even more special are the pieces added and made to complete the home. We can't help but admire the stained glass windows used in the living area! These windows were once part of an old mid-century church.

When the sun rises, this living area is bathed in natural light during mornings. What makes this home special? The owners opted for a minimalist look, a black-and-white color scheme, and select artworks of Filipino artists to spruce up their three-storey townhouse.
