Imagine a home that measures 50sqm and below—can you still enjoy the perks of a work area, laundry room, and even a small garden? It sounds difficult and challenging, but with the right layout, pieces, and concept, it can be accomplished.

This 40sqm studio was designed with a young couple in mind. To be able to maximize the space, it was cleverly divided into main functional zones such as the living area, sleeping and work spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, and even a bar area in the balcony, to name a few.
