The Modern Filipino condo in Pasay owned by Dr. Ava Ramirez, Dr. Rally Ramirez and their five-year-old son Manu is completed with a blue-and-beige playroom. The focal point of the space is a cute teepee from the American Women's Bazaar that serves as a play area. The floor is covered with blue and brown rubber mats to create a safe, easy-to-clean surface.

In this 130sqm condo unit owned by Michael and Joee Manalo, the space is changed by creative space solutions, unusual design elements, and colorful touches. In the bedroom that their two girls share, their different personalities are reflected by the use of pink for one side and purple for the other side.
Beside the bedroom is a play area with secret doors that conceal closets. The playful pink color scheme and fun patterned walls complete the area.

In editor Jo-Ann Marcelo’s 18-year-old home, a simple bathroom renovation turned into a full-scale renovation project. The old bedroom of Jo-Ann’s daughter, Pat-Pat Magbanua also went through a major renovation. The roof was raised to create a play area.
