An Under-The-Stairs Home Office Makeover

On her home office vlog, Kryz revealed that the white brick wall actually isn't made with real bricks but of plaster that was grinded into the shape of bricks! It also serves as an accent wall, as everything else is painted pure gray (they mixed black and white paint to achieve the right shade) for a more muted look.
Now on to the centerpiece of the home office: The wall shelves were designed by Gillian Uang, Kryz's best friend and the interior designer of this room! We love how the gold just pops against the plain wall, and the fact that it provides so much storage for the room without making it look stuffy. The assortment of baskets and small drawers is also a nice touch for keeping the area neat and organized!
Kryz's desk seems to be made of the same white and gold color material as her shelves, tying everything together perfectly. And though you can't see it in the photos, that blush velvet chair actually matches the wall in the office's entryway! You'll also find touches of pink in the knick-knacks the blogger displays on her shelves, from mugs, books, vases, to lamps.

We also can't not talk about the clear board calendar in the center of the shelves, which to us, is the most aesthetic way to keep track of your schedule. It saves Kryz from ripping paper off a real calendar every month, too. Genius!
