Have you always wanted to add a personal touch to your space? You can use your favorite clothes and accessories as trusty guides! Your closet is the perfect place to look for inspiration since it's filled with pieces, colors, and textures that you love.

Here's a quick and easy guide on how you can channel your personal style into your home's overall vibe:

What types of silhouettes dominate your wardrobe? Do you veer towards more colorful bohemian or do you prefer chic minimalist? Translate those forms into the lines of your furniture and accessories. For example, if you love colorful prints, opt for geometric printed washi tape use it to spruce up plain cabinets.

Check the colors of your clothes. Do they showcase a modernist palette of black, white, and gray or in playful pastel hues? If you're feeling adventurous, you can get pieces in the same tones or paint a room using the same shades.

RL Tip: When picking a color scheme, opt for complementary hues as these produce the best color combinations for your home.

Materials and textures can add depth to a room. Get your cues from your choice of clothing fabrics. Whether you’re a jeans and leather girl or a tweed-and-silk lady, you can use these fabric types for your soft furnishings or bed linen.
