How do you celebrate Easter at home? It's no secret that everybody loves an Easter egg hunt. However, they only last a couple of hours and for the most part, it only benefits the young ones. Instead of doing the same old routine this year, why not start a new tradition by hosting a backyard party for the grown-ups? There's no need for a grand spread, too—all you need is good food plus a couple of interesting vignettes and you're all set. To help you get started, here are some easy decor ideas:

Welcome your guests with a bowl of Easter chocolate treats and a cinema lightbox sign that will remind them of the occasion. Give it an extra fancy touch by adding a bouquet of fresh blooms.

Love all things pretty in pink? Make it the motif of your display. Feel free to use this sweet hue on the eggs, the bunnies and other accessories, too. Play with varying shades to keep it stylish.

If your banquet can use a dose of cuteness, these Easter-themed cookies are your best bet. You can try your hand at making them yourself or get a few boxes at the supermarket before the party.

If you want to get away with using your Easter vignette as decor even when the party is over, go for something in black and white. It's classy and subtle but it can still add character to your dining table.
