After acquiring this modern two-storey home in Makati, Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres-Gomez opted to renovate the space into a haven that’s more aesthetically pleasing—with a functional layout and tons of open spaces. In one year, the house was renovated with the help of architect Jay de Ramos and contractor Anolito Guina. The final look made the most of the available floor area—with airy living and dining areas, an envy-worthy kitchen, and an outdoor space that’s cozy and inviting.
