It’s not surprising why some homeowners opt to have their homes renovated over the years. A few work on repairs, others add rooms to welcome new family members, and a couple would simply want a fresh start or a new look to mark a milestone.

In the case of Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez, change came 25 years after they purchased a home in White Plains, Quezon City in 1987. With the help of interior designer Jeizele delos Reyes-Go, they now have a modern home filled with elegant touches and tropical-inspired elements. Suffice to say, it’s perfect for weekends when the whole clan simply want to relax and catch up! Here are some of the things we loved best about the sprawling space:
