6 Easy Ways to Use Decals
Decorate more surfaces aside from your walls
Decals instantly add flair to a blank wall. After all, what's easier than just peeling off a sticker and posting it on your chosen area? But did you know that decals can spruce up more surfaces? Here are other decorating projects where you can put it into good (and beautiful!) use:
1. As wall art
If you want to display an artwork but you don't know how to paint, decals can let you do just that. Simply spray matte spray paint on a canvas. Let it dry overnight before putting your decals on the canvas.
2. To spruce up an eyesore switch
Don't you just hate it when you're staring at a beautiful wall, and your reverie is interrupted by an unsightly light switch? You don't have to worry about that now. Just add decals on the switch and voila! No more eyesore!
3. To decorate a mirror
See something beautiful (aside from your own reflection) when you look in the mirror. Put decals along its border to add a bit more fun.
4. As frames
If you like hanging photo frames on a wall, mix them up with frame-shaped decals. These can frame another photo or be left empty. Doing so instantly adds some drama on your wall.
5. To update old furniture
Make drab furniture fab with decals. If you have an old desk in your room or in your home office, decorating it with decals will surely make working more fun. You can also put stickers on other furniture, like wooden chairs and stools, to liven them up.
6. To prettify a ref
You don't always have to fill your fridge door with ref magnets. Add some sophistication by sticking some decals. You can also add a couple of stickers on your small kitchen appliances to spruce them up.
