They say the kitchen is the heart of the home—a space for making nourishing meals that bring the family closer to one another. That’s why a well-designed kitchen is every home cook’s ultimate dream! Not only will it allow them to move with ease, they’ll also be able to focus on their number one priority, which is cooking with love. But before your build the kitchen of your dreams, get inspired by these six spaces owned by local celebrities. We bet you’ll love them!

Sharon Cuneta

The Megastar’s home in Mandaluyong features a classic kitchen with a subtle palette of cream and white. The center island serves as a prep-space-slash-cooling area for the baked goods and delish meals that Sharon loves to whip up. And a lot of baking happens in this kitchen, as evidenced by the two Kitchenaid mixers on the countertop and the four ovens lining the walls. When the pastries are cooled and ready to eat, all Sharon has to do is take them to the dumbwaiter on the corner—and it will transport all the yummy goodness to the next floor. Talk about convenient!

Willie Revillame

There’s plenty to talk about in Willie Revillame’s stunning Tagaytay home, but we’re focusing on the kitchen—and what a kitchen it is. The double-door fridge can hold all sorts of ingredients while the counters are decked with the TV host’s favorite snacks. But the real magic happens in the mess kitchen (below), a sleek and well-lit area fitted with custom stainless-steel counters and ovens reminiscent of those in top restos.

Benjie Paras

The basketball legend and father of five lives in an exclusive subdivision in Pasig that comes with a modern industrial kitchen. The cooking area is delineated by a divider wall and an island countertop that also serves as a breakfast nook. White subway tiles are used as backsplash while red ceiling lamps and bar stools give the space a pop of color. You can get subway tiles like these at Vintage Hardware.

Pops Fernandez

In 2013, Concert Queen Pops Fernandez showed off her Asian-inspired home in Taguig to YES! Magazine. The talented songstress enjoys cooking for her sons Robin and Ram—and it shows in her spacious and well-appointed kitchen. Why, the U-shaped center island would be the perfect spot to film a cooking show, since it marries the cooking area and breakfast bar into one. The countertops on the farthest wall hold a range of small appliances, including Pops’s KitchenAid collection.

Sylvia Sanchez

Sleek and sophisticated—those are the two best words to describe Sylvia Sanchez’s kitchen. The top actress is a talented cook who loves to entertain, so it was only natural that she would choose an open-concept kitchen and dining area so she could chat with her guests while she works on her specialty dishes. Cooking is a breeze due to the wide and spacious center island, which has a built-in cooktop and sink, and enough space to store all of the actress’s pots, pans, and other cooking supplies.

Yasmien Kurdi

Home for Yasmien Kurdi is a three-bedroom condo in Taguig that she shares with husband Rey and daughter Ayesha. Though floor space is limited, the unit comes with a unique, modern kitchen that still feels roomy due to its peninsula layout. The L-shaped island moonlights either as a breakfast or cocktail bar, as evidenced by the glass-enclosed liquor display in the overhead cabinets.
