Bring your own pillow or blanket

If you have extra space in your luggage, bring a neck pillow for added comfort. You may also bring your own pillows and blankets to aid in your sleep. Add a stylish touch to your room by throwing a scarf over a bright lamp. This helps set the mood as well.

Keep your essentials organized

One of the biggest mistakes of travelers is to just pull out their clothes from their bags during the whole trip. Maximize the closet by hanging your clothes and depositing your valuables in the safe.

Bring your own slippers

Bring your comfy and stylish slippers if you don't feel like using the usual white pair provided by hotels. Line them up in a straight line or store them inside shelves.

Use natural scents

Nothing is more comforting than the familiar smell of your own home! Make sure you bring your favorite home scents such as potpourri or a scented candle. You can also bring a small diffuser to add a refreshing scent to your room.
