Showcase your personality

Decorate with accessories that you love and things that make you happy. You can display your family photos, DIY decor, and a couple of your travel finds.

You may also add a couple of plants like basil and oregano. These two can serve different purposes at home.

Highlight your favorites

Don't display everything at once! Prioritize the things you love. You may choose to display and highlight your favorite things, such as your extensive glassware or shoe collection.

Group related accessories

Arrange accessories by groups of colors and even themes to have a unified feel. For instance, you can display your vases with similar silhouettes together, all ethnic pieces together, and so on. It does not always have to be matchy-matchy.

Use accessories to define areas

Instead of putting a divider, opt for stylish area rugs and lighting fixtures to define spaces. You can also install wallpaper or wall decals to liven up empty walls.
