This 25sqm condo unit in Tagaytay takes things to the next level—not just with its French country-inspired theme, but the DIY pieces the homeowners made themselves, too. The picturesque unit also highlights customized must-haves and charming elements, like the blown up photo of a New York street used as wall accent that add to the country feel.

Did you know that you can rent this space on Airbnb? Designed by two of our readers, it features the clever use of white, hints of green, and natural light to create a look that's comfy and relaxing. To make sure the visitors will feel right at home, the owners added wooden pieces to achieve extra warmth. Showcasing a few points taken from the Scandinavian aesthetic, the unit also looks clean and sleek.

A sprawling property that will remind you of a posh resort, this family home takes inspiration from the mango tree found within the property. Inside the house are wooden elements and touches reminiscent of Zen-inspired spas and the Balinese tropics, as well as  high ceilings, generous windows, and calming pockets of peace.

A Three-Bedroom Condo with Modern Filipino Style

While busy preparing for their wedding day, the owners were still able to complete their condo unit. With the help of interior designer Pam Tan, the condo unit was transformed into a home with a simple design and filled with designer pieces. Some of the must-see finds in the space include Kenneth Cobonpue's Chiquita stool and Dragnet coffee table as well as Vito Selma's Hanako coffee table and glass-topped dining table.

A 24sqm Rustic-Industrial Studio Unit

Dominated by wood and metal, this coffee shop-like small space meant for a college student spells #goals. Designed by LAHUBRE Designs, the compact space highlights an efficient layout, DIY pieces, and various ways one can maximize wood. From the sliding doors leading to the sleeping space to the pretty shelf/counter in the kitchen—you'll never run out of ideas you'd want to recreate. To brighten up the space and to keep it from being too stiff, plants and soft furnishings were also added.

A 180sqm Loft-Style Family Home

Without a doubt, the eclectic style allows us to go bold in terms of decor—mixing and matching pieces, patterns, and influences. In this family home inspired by a bar, the second floor serves as a viewing deck where they can see and welcome guests. The owners didn't hold back in terms of furniture and decor as each spot has its own set of pieces, accessories, and details. We liked the living area best—with its velvet armchairs, canopy love seat, two couches, and wall accents.
