In this family home, 74-year-old Lola Rosario and her 50-year-old son Aldo share a tiny bedroom. The space looked messy because it had too many cabinets overflowing with books, DVDs, crocheting yarns, and other belongings.

They also moved the large TV away from one window to allow sunlight to enter the space. The natural light, paired with the new neutral color scheme, makes the bedroom appear airy and spacious.
