It was just a few months ago when we got a sneak peek of actor, TV host, and makeup chameleon Paolo Ballesteros’s new, modern-minimalist home in a subdivision in Antipolo. According to Paolo’s instagram post , the house was designed by architect Gerald Torrente and constructed under Electus Builders, Co.

But from an Instagram post dated December 19, 2017, the actor finally moved into his dream home. And according to this Pep.ph article, some Kapamilya friends, including Pokwang—who also lives in Antipolo—congratulated Paolo.

From his waking-up-in-a-brand-new-home posts, it could be seen that the actor will be rising to a verdant view of the village, and the rest of Antipolo.

The guy’s got good taste, as seen from the house’s façade: the exterior is wrapped in sophisticated black cladding with a few timber details. It’s interesting to note the corner massing, which serves as a focal point to the entire exterior.

Other lovely modern-minimalist details in Paolo’s home: the cast-in-place-concrete fence (very industrial-style), the rough timber gate, and a minimalist row of mother-in-law’s-tongue plants.
