Homeowner Kai Cruz turned her childhood home into a modern contemporary space that she can share with her husband Cyrus and their daughter Taylor. She complemented the high ceiling and huge windows with affordable furniture pieces from HMR and Mandaue Foam. Surprisingly enough, she only spent P250,000 on the renovation, furniture, appliances, and even their little garden.
