Keep these tips in mind:

Dirty Tiles

Maintain the quality of your tiles by examining it carefully. Check and make sure that there are no hollow spaces inside. If the tiles are loose, there might be a problem with how it was installed. Have a carpenter check it as soon as possible.

Having proper storage is the key to avoiding clutter in the bathroom. Avoid leaving essentials on the counter and as much as possible, do not overstuff your medicine cabinet with supplies. Consider installing hooks or adding baskets that you can place under the sink. You may also add a tray to organize your essentials on top of the water closet.

RL Tip: Maximize overhead storage by adding an open shelf above the door. Click here for more storage tips.

RL Tip: If there are major problems concerning your pipelines, it's still best to ask for professional help. Contact your plumber so he can check the pipes and your water connection.

Weird Smells

Aside from making sure that everything is in order, you also need to make sure that your space smells good! Place a bowl of baking soda on your sink to instantly deodorize the bathroom. You may also add and use scented candles, potpourri, and reed diffusers.
