4 Cozy Spaces for All Your Rustic Feels

Fight the chilly breeze with these inspiring photos

The rain and Christmas breeze can leave us longing for longer hours of sleep, a cup of hot choco, and a thick blanket. However, since we need to get up and report for work, we can still feel warm and fuzzy just by looking at pretty photos of rustic interiors.

The rustic style incorporates elements like wood and earth tones that would remind you of relaxing and comfy days at home. If you are looking for design ideas for your space or if you simply need something to perk up your day, these snapshots will surely do the trick:

Wood is an integral part of the rustic style. If you are unsure if you like an all wood interior, try incorporating select wooden pieces in your room. Consider having a wooden table and floating shelf made wood panels.

Stick to neutral, earth tones and make use of farm house elements such as small wooden buckets in place of the usual flower vase centerpieces.

If you feel like natural wood colors are too dark, paint them white or cream. Create a balanced look by pairing it with pastel-colored pillows and sheets. A nice touch would be an accent piece like a tree bark lamp to maintain the theme.

While this kitchen might have too much wood for you, the stone oven is a pleasant accent wall piece that nicely breaks the monotony. Mix in some elements like a graphic rug for a more interesting floor.

Add a twist to your wooden wall panels by painting it with a bold color like blue. Add a white distressed wooden cabinet and continue that color in the fixtures and shower curtains to tie in the look.
