The lockers come in seven size options; the smallest can fit eight balikbayan boxes (P1,900) and the rest go from sizes comparable to a large closet to a big parking space or around 180 balikbayan boxes. Standard units are ventilated and have fan-cooled hallways, but there are also climate-controlled or air-conditioned units for those who want to store delicate items such as leather bags, shoes, and fur coats. Best of all, the facility is clean—units are pest-protected, rust-proofed, and made from durable coated steel.

Because rentals may be short-term, many Loc&Stor clients are those moving in and out of homes. They use the facility to store items as they renovate or relocate.
