Maximize your furniture by using them to hide everything and save on floor space.

Choose an ottoman that opens up as a storage box is great stashing extra pillows, large books and more. Aside from extra seating, an ottoman can also as additional side table.

Side Table

The side table is an essential piece in any living room. Choose a piece that has hollow base that can store your remote controls and other little things that can clutter up your space. Find similar at Mobler.

Baul or Chest

Use chests for unmentionables. There’s hope for the hope chest – its wide lid and generous storage space makes for easy sorting and organizing of bulky objects. Plus, it can double as your coffee table.

Organize your coffee table:

Stylish containers like jewelry boxes are the perfect receptacles for clutter-prone odds and ends like cellphone chargers, keys, and remote control batteries.

Hide your mail in handsome boxes that you can place on top of your coffee table so you can do your sorting while on the sofa. You may want to include checkbooks, pens, and extra envelopes, too.

Use trays (one, two, or even three!) to arrange objects on your coffee table. Trays can also “control” your pieces, and so you can create tabletop vignettes.

Don’t forget the space under the table if it’s roomy enough. Place a big, shallow basket for your reading materials, as these tend to eat up tabletop space.
