Architect Tessinerin D. Piscos finished Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of the Philippines — Diliman in 2009 graduating Magna cum Laude and the Valedictorian of her batch. She also placed in the Architecture Licensure Examination in June 2011.  After completing her degree, she had been involved in private residential, high rise residential and commercial design. She then sought more learning and experience abroad. During her 3-year stay in Singapore, she handled institutional government projects for the National University of Singapore and the Nanyang Technological University. She also completed several designs for commercial interior fit-outs (retail and F&B projects in Singapore and China) and was involved in the design and coordination of Sutera Mall, a shopping mall in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  In 2014, she decided to return home to apply her learning in her own architectural practice.
