Interior designer Kat Villanueva-Lopez describes her design style as minimalist, with efficient layouts and a lot of “invisible” cabinets and storage options. Her practical approach to design always appeals to homeowners that want to make the most of limited spaces. To suit different needs and budgets, Kat also offers packages, such as a consultation package, makeover package, and a design plus construction package.

Kat explains that she also provides construction, furniture and furnishings so that clients can have access to everything seen on her proposed design.  “As I always say, it’s like checking in a hotel where clients just bring their personal belongings.  We can provide them construction, to chairs, to the last piece of linen!”

The value of giving homeowners more choice was instilled in her when she apprenticed at Steven Leach & Associates while studying Interior Design at the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman). She became even passionate in creating efficient and reasonably-priced design solutions when she already started working. Aside from being a licensed interior designer, she also has experience as a part-time visual merchandiser and research and development manager.
