Kat pursued her lifelong interest in designing spaces at the prestigious Philippines School of Interior Design in Bonifacio Road, Taguig City. She also was among the Top Ten of the Estilo de Vida National Interior Design competition in 2009.  Eventually, in 2010 she started taking on commercial and residential projects as a freelance fit out supplier and contractor as a Business woman. After passing the board in 2012, she worked with an architectural firm as an independent consultant for their international projects.  She then started her own business formerly named Blinck Designs and eventually renamed to KPO Beyond Designs, where she has able to do projects of different sizes and has given her the opportunity to work with different personalities. Despite her growing business in interiors, her love for paintings and murals has led her also to form partnership with a faux finish master and muralist Alfred Galvez under MIKRA Faux Finish, Inc. This gives her more opportunities now to provide more beautiful spaces and paintings of her own to her clients. She always says to her clients that choices are limitless even with a limited budget, so they will not feel restricted, at the most they would be getting their money’s worth. With her patience to listen to her clients - match with creativity, quality of work and services beyond designs - she continuously creates modern yet timeless eclectic and boutique style spaces to her delighted clients.
