Visit Hillside Café for a Dose of Pretty and Healthy
Kickstart a healthy lifestyle in this charming QC nook
How many times have you planned to eat healthier and start an active lifestyle? If you're committed to a better 2016, you might want to check out Hillside Cafe in Quezon City. The quaint dining spot has pretty interiors that would remind you of home and it offers delicious food that can help you stay true to your resolutions. If you're looking for a new hangout, Hillside is definitely worth the trip to the north.
It champions healthy living
"We've always wanted to do something as cousins. It's something that we all share—our love for healthy food," says co-owner Noelle Hilario.
You would love its chill organic vibe
The homey vibe and well-thought-out interiors make Hillside Cafe Instagram-worthy. It highlights weathered finishes and eclectic pieces that go well together. Some of the things that we also loved in the cafe are the pieces added by co-owner Alessa Lanot (www.lifeafterbreakfast.ph) like the macrame—a form of textile making that uses knots to create a pattern and a couple of calligraphy prints.
If you want a similar feel at home, consider using a unified muted palette and your personal collections as part of the decor.
If you loved the look and feel of Hillside Cafe, make sure you visit these stores for similar pieces:
- Urban Abode—for geometric wire pendant lamps
- H&M Home—for pillows and cushion covers
- Match Contract Furniture—for quality chairs, tables, and more
- Wallprints—for interesting prints that can liven up plain walls
Hillside Cafe is located at 57 Mother Ignacia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
