You love browsing interior design websites, you can spend hours in IKEA or any other home store, you're constantly looking for ways to improve your home and you're always helping friends decorate their apartments—these are only a few out of a hundred telltale signs that you are passionate about styling spaces. If you want to turn your secret talent into a fun and fulfilling career, it's best to invest in having a four-year degree. To help you on your journey of turning houses into homes, we've listed down five more of the best schools in the country. Check them out below:

Philippine Women's University—School of Fine Arts and Design

The Philippine Women's University – School of Fine Arts and Design (PWU-SFAD) is the Fine Arts and Design leg of PWU. Although it is the youngest among the colleges of the university, it has already achieved distinct accomplishment when the Shell Companies of the Philippines awarded a citation to the Institute Fine Arts and Design (IFAD) as one of the best Fine Arts schools in 1967.

PWU-SFAD is located at Taft Ave, Malate, Manila. You can call them at (02) 526-8421.

Polytechnic University of the Philippines

The course in Interior Design (BS Interior Design) offered by PUP is a four-year baccalaureate degree in the College of Architecture and Fine Arts. Under this program, students will be able to experience hands-on training through internships, group projects, independent studio projects, required community service and research—making them well-rounded professionals in the future.

PUP is located at Don Fabian, Quezon City. For more details, you can visit the PUP website.

Philippine School of Interior Design

It's safe to say that the Philippine School of Interior Design is one of the most prestigious design institutions in the country (they are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year with a series of events and a book). Being in the business of nurturing designers for over 40 years, it has provided quality education for a lot of topnotch IDs including Candice M. Arboleda, and other noted young designers such as the Empire Designs group and Morfosis. The school has seasoned interior designers as their teachers, such as Jie Pambid, Leo Almeria, Nicky Jardenil, and Carmen Lim Regala, among many others. PSID also takes pride in consistently landing their students in the Top 10 of the annual Interior Design Board Exam.

PSID is located at Lot 15, Blk. 86 – Phase V, AFPOVAI, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. For more details, you can visit the PSID website.
