A walk inside KISH isn’t just a walk in a revamped showroom of award-winning furniture designer and renowned visual storyteller Ito Kish; it’s also a tour showcasing the world’s best in home, lifestyle and fashion.

Oliver Allan Co, former business development manager of KISH, describes the kind of homeowner that KISH appeals to: “What we’re seeing are people who are not afraid to be different. Our pieces are very Filipino, and most houses like to be modern. It takes a certain attitude to style or to be able to understand that you can actually mix up Filipino heritage pieces with your modern items.”

KISH continues to grow as it offers two new exciting brands: f1rst, for young nesters; and Gallano, a selection of carefully curated luxury lifestyle objects. Through the evolution of Ito’s collection, what remains, is the story behind every creation.

KISH is located at 233 Nicanor Garcia Street, Bel-Air II, Makati City 1209 Philippines

KISH launched f1rst home store in November 2015, featuring design-forward pieces for young nesters at very affordable prices.

The Arellano collection was inspired by the Manila Metropolitan Theater, which is known for its art deco grandeur designed by Juan Arellano.

Expect to shell out anywhere from P20,000 to P90,-+000 on Basilisa and Gregoria chairs depending on the style. Tables come in a variety of tabletop sizes, with prices ranging from P14,000 and up. Rosario floor lamps range from P26,800 to P34,500. The hot-selling Basilisa bed starts at P78,500.

RL Picks: (L-R) Santa Maria Stool; Basilisa Geometric Cocktail table; Julia Lowback Chair—all prices available upon request.
