84sqm Condo with a Minimalist Rest House Style In this 84sqm condo designed by Wilmer Lopez of WLopez Designs, the rooms are filled with bare concrete, bleached wood and vintage furniture.

The bathroom is completed with wooden tiles, wooden shelves, spa-inspired lighting and a refreshing aqua hue for a resort-like feel.

THREE-STOREY, 200SQM TOWNHOUSE Designed by interior designers Wilan Dayrit, Karina Cagalingan and design student Kevin Pareja, this 200sqm townhouse has a neutral palette, modern contemporary furniture, and Filipino art pieces by Arturo Luz and Ramon Orlina.

The powder room is adorned with faux marble tiles and a generous floor-to-ceiling mirror. A charming twig arrangement is used to decorate the space.

Modern Contemporary Beach House in Batangas Found in a modern contemporary beach house designed by Architect Dan Co and homeowner Cynthia O’Sullivan, this master bathroom is made interesting with a bathtub perched on a platform and a long bathroom counter with sink.

To provide contrast in a predominantly white area, red towels and bathroom accessories are used.

Modern Tropical House with Natural Elements In this family home, minimalist style is complemented by tropical elements for a warm, inviting feel.

In line with this design, the master bathroom has a solid kamagong countertop paired with a stool that has a solihiya seat. Traditional woven baskets are used to organize toiletries and other essentials.

Modern Filipino Family Home In this contemporary space designed by architect Jouie Rumpal Tumanda, the clean lines, white walls, and clear floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize the beauty of the pieces made from natural materials. The earthy colors and rich textures of the wooden elements lend warmth to the space.

In line with the Modern Filipino design of the house, the bathroom is decorated with capiz window panels. The capiz panels serve as lighting fixtures above the his-and-hers sinks and as a frame for the dresser mirror.

The vanity area is completed with the same metal chair designed by architect Jouie. The high ceiling of the space makes the area look bigger than it really is.

72sqm Quezon City Condo Young couple Kat and Dexter Erro chose a modern contemporary look for their 72sqm condo in Quezon City.

The guest bathroom is well-stocked with storage baskets filed on shelves that keep clutter at bay. Photo frames and knick-knacks add character to the space.

130sqm Condo for a Young Family Bright shades and interesting patterns fill the 130sqm condo owned by Michael and Joee Manalo and their two young daughters. Designed by interior designer Pinky Cruz-Peralta, the space is an eclectic find.

This colorful bathroom perfects modern playfulness vibe with vivid pink, purple and green colors. Mirrors and vertical stripes by the bathroom counter make the space more interesting.

80sqm Condo with Gossip Girl Style For their 80sqm condo designed by Architect John Yuyucheng, homeowners Rayne and Sky were inspired by the chic, stylish spaces featured on Gossip Girl, a now-defunct teen-oriented drama set in New York City.

The master bathroom is completed with Italian tiles from Metrotiles while the faucets and shower fixtures are from Paffoni. The rich brown shade of the wall and floor tiles are complemented by gleaming white surfaces. Pink, blue, and green towels in the cabinet liven up the neutral-dominated space.

New Wing of a Family Home In this family home, a new wing was built to accommodate new members and evolving lifestyles. Designed by interior designer Kristine Neri-Magturo, the extension includes a lanai and two bedrooms.

The extension includes a posh and luxurious bathroom that has lemon and gray mosaic tiles on the wall. A floor-length vanity mirror is propped up against the wall.
