The trend: Buttoned-up studio home

Decorator Elle Uy was spot on in executing fashion designer Veejay Floresca's craving for a studio unit that sports a moody, masculine vibe. Veering away from the usual pastel color scheme of her previous projects, Elle opted for a palette rich in beiges and browns and incorporated finishes, furniture, and decor that err on the side of streamlined and sophisticated --- like a dapper bachelor.

Paint:

124 A-G (browns), 173 A-G (muted purple), 184 A-G, from Ace Paints
