One would think that it can be difficult to find a quiet spot in a busy hub like Kapitolyo, but along East Capitol Drive is a refreshing surprise that's waiting to be explored. The Zenutrients store features an interesting facade with plants and mosaic details adding to the whimsical appeal. Admire it from a distance and we're sure it will remind you of fairy tales and storybooks, too.

Step inside and marvel at the interiors and products available. A haven for fans of organic beauty, bath, and home products, the store showcases a rustic-meets-nature concept that's homey, inviting, and can be easily recreated at home. Aside from shopping for must-haves like the well-loved Gugo Shampoo, All is Well balms and oils, and the Virgin Coconut Oil, make sure you check out how each product is carefully made as well. The establishment is an eco-showroom—a first in the country so we're sure your trip will be worth it. If you love Zenutrients or you simply adore the rustic, nature-inspired look, here are design ideas worth noting:

1. Boxes aren't just for storage.

We're used to seeing framed photographs and paintings on the wall. Take your creativity to the next level by designing your own wall decor using old cardboard boxes. Use a few to create an enchanting wall display—paint it, create shapes, or even use it as a catchall for your decor. For a relaxing feel, you can also use a few as planters to showcase your favorite indoor plants.

2. Don't hesitate to mix-and-match!

Go all out in designing your accent wall. Create an arresting display by working with different kinds of materials and finishes. You can pair wallpaper with paint or boxes with frames—it all depends on the look you have in mind.

3. Explore the possibilities of inlays.

If you're giving your walls an upgrade, it's best to spruce up the flooring as well. Consider inlaying ceramic tiles to liven up a bare concrete floor. It creates a subtle statement while giving your home style boost.

4. Look for wallpaper alternatives.

Wallpaper may cost a lot and repainting walls may not always be possible. If you're looking for a budget-friendly way to update your walls, you can work with the versatile banig! Use it to brighten up a back of a shelf or to add character to a plain wall. The colorful and intricate details can add a dynamic vibe to any plain surface.

5. Work with something unexpected.

We're all used to seeing wall-mounted shelves and freestanding bookcases in homes. These are go-to solutions when organizing books, dinnerware, and other precious collections. While these are all tried-and-tested, you can also have fun with a shelf that highlights horizontal, vertical, and diagonal wood planks. Not only will it make your storage piece interesting, you can have fun filling it with your favorite items and styling it, too! Consult with a professional or your trusted carpenter to see how you can customize one.
