Jumpstart Your Day: Bed, Bath, and Kitchen in a 129 square-foot Apartment
Multipurpose shelves transform this tiny home into a functional space
What used to be an empty room is now a functional space complete with kitchen, bed, and bath. To be able to maximize the 129 square-foot space, architect Julie Nabucet "stacked" the functions of the space while giving the owner lots of room to be able to move freely within the space.
The kitchen was elevated with a pullout bed underneath which also serves as sofa. Plywood boxes serve as walls to separate the cooking area from the living area. Boxes facing the kitchen keep cooking essentials organized while those facing the "bedroom" hold books. Watch the video below and be inspired. (Source: faircompanies.com)
