Crafts by Angeli Sobrepena. Styling by Issa Villar. Photographed by Miguel Nacianceno.
Mini bull clips (from National Bookstore)
Assorted beads (from Carolina's Lace Shoppe)
Tassels (check lace and craft stores)
String a length of nylon through one hole of a bull clip.
Secure the nylon string by tying a knot.
String the beads through the nylon randomly or according to your desired pattern. Remember to add a few heavy beads for weight, or else your tassels will get blown away.
Attach a tassel after the last bead by stringing through the tassel's head.
Step 5: String the nylon back through the beads and the bull clip hole.
Step 6: Tie a knot and cut off the excess nylon.
Repeat the process three more times to make a complete set of four tassels.
