DIY: Note Board
Add a whimsical touch to your study or work area with this easy project
With so many things to take note of and dates to remember, we sometimes resort to saving details on our phones or scribbling reminders on scratch papers. Never miss another important meeting or commitment by having a unique board where you can stick notes, photos, and more.
Once done, your note board can serve as decor piece, too! Let the steps below guide you.

- Baker’s Twine
- Wood Plank (12” x 8”)
- Masking Tape
- Secure the end of the twine with a masking tape to prevent the coils from loosening.
- Coil the string around the wood plank. Make sure to keep it tight all throughout.
- Secure the back with masking tape.
- Add your notes, photos, and postcard art!
RL Tip: You could also use other types of thread (yarn, crochet thread, twine) for this project.
